Rob Jelinek - Managing PartnerRob is a senior executive with over 20 years of leadership experience. Rob spent his first 18 years at Procter & Gamble. His classical training was further enhanced by working eight years in P&G's International business, with on the ground experiences in over 30 countries. This international experience prepared him well - teaching him the realities of resource scarcity and the need to balance the long-term with the reality of Friday's payroll.
Rob's most recent experiences have continued to develop strong skills in resource management, top & bottom line performance, energizing teams, business dashboard's, go-to market strategy development complimented by outstanding execution.
Rob is a hands-on leader who quickly understands your complex challenges and is skilled at working with your team to deliver a new reality.
